Group training and personal training for everyone!  Busy moms, baby boomers to brides!  Customized training for you to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
  • Personal training – Private 1 on 1 or semi private groups (up to 4 people)  
  • bFit at Home – in home personal training – sessions begin at $65   (location may affect pricing)
  • REVolution - has you climbing hills, mountains and sprinting through flats. There are several     chances to break away from the pack when the music revs up. Clip in for the ride and let the music take you away as calories melt off your body. JOIN the REVOLUTION!
  • bFit Circuit – Creative and effective exercise utilizing weights, bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, water rowers, steps, trampolines….and more!  Exercise stations are timed with a short rest period between each station.
  • bFit Silver Circuit – Very similar to bFit Circuit with shorter work periods and longer rest periods     This circuit incorporates more balance and flexibility exercise.
  •  bStrong – A total body strength class using individual barbells and body weight. Rev up your     metabolism by increasing your lean muscle.  This class helps improve strength and tone your      muscles!
  • bFit Blast - A 30 minute high intensity class (HIT) that is designed to push you to your limits, burn mega calories, improve your metabolism, strength and increase your lean muscle.  A great workout if you are crunched for time! 
  • bBalanced -  A comprehensive balance and mobility training program to improve basic activities      of daily living such as, rising from a chair, climbing a flight of stairs and increase balance.  This      program is designed to increase strength and reduce many of the risks that contribute to falling.
